My name is Neil and by day I am a primary school teacher from Leicester, UK. The rest of the time, I love to be creative and that has led me to SquealieArt.

Having drawn portraits for many years, I began branching out. Wherever possible I like to have a go at different types of art. Any opportunity to try something new is exciting, as you never know where it will take you.

I have always loved art and being creative. My best memories of school, mostly consist of art experiences. I have also always loved and been fascinated by Sharks and the Ocean itself. Combining these things seems only natural. There may also be the occasional appearance of my other love Star Wars!

Over the years I have been lucky enough to try many different medias and have developed skills along the way.

A chance encounter on holiday, introduced me to resin and the rest is history.

As for the name, it has been in the making for many years. Neil Squeal (my childhood nickname) evolved into Squealie, thanks to my little sister. So, when I had to choose a name, it seemed obvious to use something that I have always known. Now that you’re here, I hope you like my work.
